Before guests can book, ResortTribe needs to know what you are renting. A property is the top-level container, and inside it you add the individual sites and lots that appear on the booking calendar.
Create the property and its sites
- 1 Open the admin panel at /admin and go to the property or campground section.
- 2 Create a new property and fill in its name, address, and a short description.
- 3 Add each bookable unit as a site or lot, choosing the type such as tent site, RV lot, or cabin.
- 4 Set the nightly rate and any per-unit details like maximum occupancy, hookups, or amenities.
- 5 Save, then repeat for every unit you want to make available.
Be specific in each site description. Details like pull-through access, amp service, and shade help guests pick the right site and reduce check-in surprises.
Once your sites are saved, they immediately become part of the real-time availability that powers online booking.
