Track occupancy

Use occupancy data to set rates and plan staffing.

3 min read

Occupancy tells you what share of your sites are booked over a given period. It is one of the most useful numbers for pricing and planning.

How to act on occupancy

  • Raise rates on dates that consistently sell out
  • Launch promo codes for low-occupancy mid-week and shoulder dates
  • Plan staffing and maintenance around your busiest stretches

Watch occupancy alongside your waitlists. A full calendar with a long waitlist is a strong signal that you have room to raise rates.
