Overview The Rocky Peak Campground is located within Three Peaks Recreation Area, which is one of the largest designated recreation areas in Cedar City, UT. In 2006, Three Peaks was designated as a Special Recreation Management Area. What previously existed as a local open space playground has since been developed into a recreation area to meet the needs of almost any outdoor enthusiast. The site is located 10 miles outside of town at 5,938 feet elevation and sees weather similar to that in Cedar City.
