Recreational facilities include primitive camping areas, vault toilets, boat ramp and dock, non-portable water, picnic shelters, and sewage dump station. Located in the area is 3 miles of well-groomed hiking/biking/running trails. This area also comprises acres of planted shelterbelts and rolling nature prairie grasslands which serves as an excellent wildlife and waterfowl viewing location. This area also offers fishing opportunities in all four seasons.
