North Shore

The North Shore multi-use recreation area is operated and maintained through a lease with the Bowman County Water Resource District. Recreational facilities include campsites with electrical hookups, restrooms, showers, boat ramp and dock, picnic shelters, and sewage dump station. Recreational facilities include campsites with electrical hookups, restrooms, showers, boat ramp and dock, picnic shelters, and sewage dump station. Also located in this area is a restaurant/convenience store including availability of bait for fishing. Features include acres of planted shelterbelts and rolling nature prairie grasslands which create an excellent wildlife and waterfowl viewing location. This area is adjacent to Bowman-Haley Lake which offers fishing opportunities in all four seasons of the year.
