Fire Glen provides primitive tent camping or picnicking at five sites, and is accessible by boat or by hiking about a half-mile from Lewis Road. The sites have picnic tables and fire rings. A vault restroom is available year-round. The Rogue River Trail passes through the campground as it runs along the northern edge of Lost Creek Lake.
